great service had 4 vaccines administered so far one of which was rabies and thankfully didn’t run riot biting everyone afterwards i found these were fairly painless athough quite expensive i’ve been twice so far as these vaccines are in stages final one end of january
After suffering from blocked ears that were causing me discomfort, I was able to book an appointment at short notice (in an hour's time) for ear wax removal and can now hear properly again! An extremely positive experience, the person who answered the phone and booked me in was very knowledgeable and I was booked in smoothly the same day, which was brilliant as I was off on holiday the next day. The pharmacist was able to access my NHS vaccination record and advised me of what I needed for my trip he also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All vaccines were in stock and administered with out any pain by another nice gentleman. I would recommend the service they offer.
Lovely, friendly staff and really quick and easy to book in all the vaccines I needed (the rabies jabs aren't cheap but they're very hard to find - can get them here!), even around work hours. Would use again!

Couldn't recommend more. The ladies (I'm so sorry I can't remember the names!) were very friendly and accomodating. They put on my son's favourite show while he had a vaccination to make sure he was calm.

We needed a whooping cough vaccination for visiting a newborn in New Zealand. It was quick painless and easy once booked through the website. Friendly people and good service. Not much parking available the day we went but parked in a nearby close and walked

I received an email from the pharmacy requesting a review so here it is. Not good at all. I booked a B12 injection several days in advance. I turned up early for the appointment and was told to fill in a form I had already filled in online. I was then left to stand around in the shop while the staff completely ignored me for 20 minutes. Eventually I asked what was going on and was told that the injection was not in stock. No apology offered. One star because they at least offered to order the injection in but I will be going elsewhere. When you are dealing with people's health, bad customer service is not just an inconvenience; it is a cause if stress and anxiety. This place needs to do better.
We required the rabies vaccination for travel to Borneo, the whole process fron contacting the clinic and getting the vaccines went smoothly. Would definitely use the service again.
David syringed my Mom's ears as they were very blocked he was very kind and patient and Professional with her and cleared her ears after what was quite difficult as they were so bad. Thankyou highly recommend will use again.

We had our holiday vaccines done here recently. The pharmacy staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Before having the vaccines everything was explained to us, all our questions answered and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend it.

Had travel vaccination done here. Booked it online, alongside a questionnaire that I completed about your health before we arrived which saved time. David who did the vaccination, clearly explained everything about the vaccination. If anyone is nervous about having an injection, then David is the one to go to, as he will make you feel at ease.Afterwards an email is sent to you with a certificate of what you had done, so easy to access if you need to provide proof.Will definitely use them again if I require a vaccination for travel in the future

Went to have a yellow fever vaccine but was a little unsure , but David who gives the vaccines was really helpful and patient, I was given very good advice and felt really comfortable and had the vaccine along with all my malaria tablets in the end , would recommend to anyone as all the staff were also really helpful and friendly 5 stars

Booked vaccinations for foreign travel in the new year. The pharmacist went through my details thoroughly to check the required vaccinations and to minimise any after effects. Associated leaflets for the vaccinations administered were provided. Staff were friendly so overall a good experience.

Such lovely staff, we came to get last minute vaccines for a trip abroad and had a very nervous child with us.
